Hi,
My last post was too big. I've reduced the size of the screen shot. I'm
using IE6 and the left column is fine, but the first three entries of the
right column are disproportionately large.

You mean the kind of error I see, don't you? Which version of IE? I
seem to recall that IE does not like font sizes in points (10pt) but
that one must specify them in pixels: is the font size of other
elements (index, paragaphs, etc) correct?
