I don't know. I used Visual Studio .NET 2005 (I think). Maybe "the
best", maybe not, but it works.
On second thought, I guess it *is* the best for Vim right now, because
I didn't update any of the other makefiles. :-\

Slime has an ECL module that works (I think). I haven't played with
it much, though.
