[Ecls-list] Examples

Hi,

I have opened a new directory called "examples", which should become
something similar to what people get with the Microsoft SDK: small
programs which give you an idea on how things work.

As a stupid, fragile and prone to change example I contributed the one
on importing threads. Perhaps people could prepare similar ones about
how to build standalone executables using asdf, doing shell scripting,
etc, etc.
