[Ecls-list] Test suites

Hi,

I've set up a new project, ecls-test, which contains the test suites
plus a makefile that download's Paul Dietz's suite. Eventually, I will
also move the benchmarks there and possibly include CMUCL's one.

After that, one should sit down and think how to create a better
framework for testing, based on the rt.lisp module included with ECL and
with a routine that takes care of collecting all failures into a single
database file.

Plus, of course, writing new tests for things like FFI.
