[Ecls-list] Win32 example updated

Hi,

For those interested, I updated the Win32 FFI example located in the
contrib directory. The mahjor changes are:

1) can use static or dynamic FFI/callbacks; under supported architectures,
there's no need to compile win32.lisp anymore

2) can use Scintilla component (http://www.scintilla.org) to provide
syntax highlightening in the editor.
