[Ecls-list] si:open-pipe patch

Hello.

I tried to use si:open-pipe function and on plain CVS ecl it didn't
work (returned stream couldn't be accessed as character stream, and
read-byte returned stream of zeros).  Making returned stream
a character stream fixes it.  Diff is attached.
