Dear all,

I have made a final set of fixes, which include incorporating the latest 
version of the Boehm-Weiser Garbage collector, and some other fixes in 
the configuration process.

This seems to solve all issues with MacOSX and NetBSD/Alpha, and also 
the NetBSD/FreeBSD/Suse on intel seem to build properly. If somebody has 
some problem with the current status of CVS, he or she should speak 
before I make a release on monday.
