[Ecls-list] [Patch] More test fix

Please find some more fixes for the compliance tests. The most
important changes (because they imply behavior change) are:

- "unread-char" cannot unread any char on input stream string,
  an additional check is made, triggering an error
- "format" must return nil when the destination is a string
  with a fill-pointer
