[Ecls-list] Binary streams

Hi,

I just wanted to announce that the the support for binary streams whose 
byte size is a multiple of 8 is complete. Michael and myself are still 
working on the case of unusual byte sizes (Like 7, 3, 1 bits, etc), 
which are currently (in accordance with the standard) rounded towards 
the nearest multiple of 8.

Besides, I wanted to warn you all that beginning on the 22nd and until 
the 5th of January, I will be on holidays in Spain. My access to the 
Internet will be very limited.
