[Ecls-list] method combinations

Hi,

I have added non-optimal but rather complete support of method combinations. 
Everything is there, including DEFINE-METHOD-COMBINATION, and all built in 
method combination types. In the process, I solved the bug which involved EQL 
specializers behaving as EQ specializers.

The code has been checked with Paul's test suite and seems to work --- except 
for those test which use the :METHOD argument to DEFGENERIC. The patches are 
in

and in the CVS tree.
