[Ecls-list] rc file?

After browsing the user's guide, did  I miss it or it seems there's no
provision  for a  "rc" file  that would  be loaded  automatically when
starting ecl?

(I assume I can always encapsulate ecl in a script doing: 

   #!/bin/bash
   exec ecl -load  ~/.ecl.lisp "$@"

)
