[Ecls-list] ECLS-0.4-beta binary available for testing

Hi,

there seem to be some problems with building ECLS from sources on a Cygwin
environment. However I have not been able to reproduce these problems. For
this reason, I am placing a tarball with a fresh new binary of ECLS on

    http://ecls.sourceforge.net/ecls-0.4-cygwin.tgz

It needs a recent installation of Cygwin (just the libraries and shell if you care about space) and probably Windows NT or 2000 with the appropiate patches. This tarball is prepared to be unpacked on the root of the Cygwin installation, and it contains the files listed below. Could anybody try this program?
