[Ecls-list] compiling ecls 0.5

Hi,

I'm trying to compile ecls on windows NT 4.0 (sp 6) with pretty much the
latest cygwin (as of last week).

I get pretty far (it looks to me) and it bombs:

....

It appears to be in src/util/system.lsp. I don't know. Anyone seen this
problem?
