Mailing list instability

Hi,

Over the past weeks, mailing lists have shown to be unstable. Before, this
was caused by Mailman being unstable (we run on mailman2, which is very
much outdated). However, futher investigation turned up a different root
cause this time: due to parallel startup by systemd, the virusscanner
(amavis-new) wasn't correctly acquiring the hostname of the VM, which
caused it to fail to start, which caused most of the mail flow to stop.

Sorry for the inconvenience! The upgrade to the latest Debian base O/S
should help prevent & resolve problems like these.

Kind regards,
