Experiencing problems to connect to common-lisp.net over ssh.

I had tried something like this earlier but it never really worked before.
But the trac2down.py works great here and I converted all of cmucl's trac
wiki to gitlab.  There might be some errors (didn't check everything), but
this is way better than doing the conversion by hand.
