[clo-devel] Trac installed at c-l.net: 0.9.4 not good anymore

I just noticed the trac instance installed at c-l.net is 0.9.4.
However, looking at the release history of the project, the most
recent 0.9 version is 0.9.6, which at least has 1 cross-site-scripting
bug fixed.

Is the Trac instance on c-l.net current enough (also considering the
latest is 0.11.1; 0.11.2 being considered for release).
