There is no Climacs user group, mostly because so very few people use
Climacs. I hope you are aware that Climacs is nowhere near complete -
if you can use it (or hack on it!), then that's great, but don't
expect a complete Emacs replacement just yet. :-)

No, not out-of-the-box, but no 1. should be pretty trivial to hack
up. No 2. will be slightly more difficult to do properly, though. I'll
take a swing at it once I get access to a Lisp system.
