[climacs-devel] update-syntax and delegating buffers

All I found were four calls to make-instance of a mark in cl-syntax.lisp,
html-syntax.lisp and text-syntax.lisp. When they are replaced by equivalent
calls to clone-mark, Climacs works without those two syntax-related methods
specialized on delegating-buffer.
