Well, as far as I can tell from a superficial look at the code,
compatibility with cffi-uffi-compat wouldn't be about migration from
uffi to cffi, but rather about migration of all the non-portable #+sbcl
parts in memutil.lisp from aliens to saps.

But if the former is in progress anyway, the latter would also be
addressed, I guess.

Anyway, let's wait for elephant developers to finish their changes.

In the meantime, users who want to download elephant using clbuild can
continue to do so, and would just have to download uffi manually and
change the symlink.  Or contribute patches, for that matter.
