[cl-ppcre-devel] Bug when loading file in SBCL x86-64

I think you're right.  I do not get the error now.

Apparently I was using an older version of cl-ppcre when I got the
error.  Since I upgrade daily (usually), the version information below
is correct currently but not when I got the error.
