[cl-irc-devel] ANNOUNCE: cl-irc 0.7 release tarball

Ok. So, after yesterdays discussion, I have checked out the
pre_mode_tracking tag and created a release for it.

I've put up the release tarball at ftp://common-lisp.net/pub/project/cl-irc/
and intend to change the link on cliki.net. 

I hope you object when you think something is going wrong :-)
