[cl-ec2-devel] Keypair stuff, RUN-INSTANCE tweak, printing security-groups

Attached patches add rudimentary keypair functions to the API, add
security-group selection support to RUN-INSTANCE, and print the name
of a security-group as part of its unreadable representation.
