[cl-debian] Bug#329125: cl-acl-compat: write-vector definition triggers package-lock exception

When loading acl-excl-common into CMUCL, a package lock exception is
triggered on 'write-vector'.

This is with CMUCL:

        ii  cmucl          19b-release-20050726-5 

but the bug has been there for some time.
