[cells-gtk-devel] only works the first time

I haven't tried this myself except for on lispworks. (Perhaps there is 
something in the cmucl manual about saving core files with loaded 
libraries???) It probably is related to reloading the libraries, so maybe you 
could look at doing that again. (see gtk-ffi/gtk-ffi.lisp : load-gtk-libs).
