[cello-devel] scrolling in da house

boring, boring, boring, esp. the third time around. anyway, the scroller 
widgets seem to work pretty decently now. tonight I want to make them 
prettier and then do up a new screen shot to show them off.

does anybody want PortaCello3? if not I will just keep going and do... 
menus/pop-up menus? a text-edit widget, including multi-line?
