[bknr-devel] BKNR Porter stemmer

Hi Vladimir,

sorry for not getting back earlier about this.  I have extracted the
library from the BKNR subversion repository (which is in archival
mode) to https://github.com/hanshuebner/stem - I'm going to open an
issue with quicklisp so that the origin is changed.
