[Bese-devel] Small date-field patch

Hi, a small patch to date-field to enable (setf value) and a set-ymd function.

(Also exported data-set, that should maybe be in a separate patch?)

I tried adding it to ucw_public, but it failed since the
tab-indentation patch from may 9th is missing. Since it's too late for
me now to figure out how to solve that, I'll just post it here and
hope someone picks it up. :)
