i had, at one point, considered splitting ucw into lots of little
parts (one for the core, one for the standard-components, one for
yaclml, one for dojo, one for forms, etc.) i still think it's a good
idea but i need to think more about the best to actually implement it.

the ucw-forms repo is a left over from that test, i'll delete the
repo.
