[Bese-devel] UCW Wiki?

cliki doesn't support name space like twiki. I'm not sure if it's
appropriate to use it for project specific topics. I'm sure that many
of us can set one up pretty easily. However, it might be better to
have it hosted in the ucw official site. Let's see what Marco thinks.
