i know you're gonna hate this answer, but:

what hoppens if you grab ucw, arnesi and yaclml from darcs? (i _think_
the issue you're runnig into is that ucw isn't automatically
registering the entrp points with araneida, what happens when you try
to access /ucw/examples/stylesheet.css?)
