[Bese-devel] rfc2388

this is a fairly radical change of rfc2388's implementation. until i
can get it merged with the official version i've setup a darcs repo
with my version here:

The major change between this and the official version of rfc2388 is
that we know use callbacks (which must be supplied be the callers) to
handle the actual data; i've also changed the returned values. instead
of lists of lists we simply return a list of mime-part objects (very
similar the mime-part stucts ucw already has). unlike the official
rfc2388 this version does not yet support multipart/mixed.

i'm announcing this here now since ucw will start using this copy of
rfc2388 shortly.
