[Bese-devel] ucw bug reporting

hi,

  i just added a new restart to ucw's internal error handling
  mechanism: generate-backtrace-for-emacs. what this restart should do
  is open up a new emacs buffer and fill it with lots and lots of
  details regarding the error. the idea being that you send this to
  the list and I have enough info to at least understand the problem,
  without having to first ask you for a backtrace and let a few days
  go by.

  it's really flaky (both the emacs and lisp sides) and i'd appreciate
  it if people could test it out and make sure it works.
