it's just informing you that ucw can't configure apache by itself but
you must manually setup the DocumentReet and/or Location tags in
httpd.conf to make sure apache sees the stylesheets and
what not. there's nothing you can do about it (you could disable the
warning if it worries you).

if this is misleading i'd be willing to change it to an +INFO+ message
(since there's nothing really wrong with this setup).
