[Bese-devel] problem with example

The file examples.lisp contains a (defmethod window-stylesheet) call,
which I believe is obselete, as there is no mention of it anywhere in
the sources outside of that file, and as stylesheet is a slot on
simple-window-component that has overridden default-initargs in the
example file.
