[Bese-devel] the archives (the ucw development branch is MOVING!)

just a quick note, i've upgraded to tla 1.2 and have added checksums to 
the ucw at common-lisp.net archive and bese-2004 at common-lisp.net archives.

ucw version 0.2 development is going to happen in a new archive 
ucw-2004 at common-lisp.net, this archive will be signed with my gpg key 
(available from the cl.net keyring). The branch will be be 
ucw--dev--0.2.

i realize that in the past three months i've moved or messed with all 
the archives twice and that this has created some confusion. sorry.
