We could do that.  To be honest, I wasn't thinking of releasing anything
immediately: I was thinking of waiting for people to have some
experience with the extensions of RUN-PROGRAM before doing so.  I
figured we could give them a little time to shake out.

I like your checklist -- at least the last three.  Maybe I will make
tickets for them on launchpad to help track them.
