Indeed all the tests still pass when run again without first clearing the
build/ directory (but still with separately cloned asdf/ directories for
each OS, as implemented in attached "run" script -- I haven't tried (and
don't dare try) mashing together the test runs for different OSs into the
same asdf directory (as the test harness is specifically not designed to
work that way).
