[asdf-devel] Releasing asdf 3.1.1 ?

Managed to crash both my virtual machines while trying to do some
manipulation of a Lidar (LAS) geodata file containing almost 2 million 3D
points on the host and gobbling up all physical RAM... will have to fire
these VMs up again tomorrow...
