[asdf-devel] Releasing asdf 3.1.1 ?

It is a virtualbox "shared folder" from the MacOS host to the Linux guest.

Windows tests have been run in local filesystem for clisp and abcl. Both
are still showing 46 passes and 2 fails. Here are the results (in the
windows/ folder):
