   *place-binaries-in-implementation-specific-directories* to
   *enable-asdf-binary-locations*

* Daniel Herring's CLISP/Windows/Symlink patch #+(and (or
   win32 windows) (not :clisp))

* Faré's patch for better module-pathname handling
     * test for same

* Fix for my head-slap regex s&r madness.
