abcl 1.5.0-rc-0 available

ABCL 1.5.0-rc-0 release candidate now available without signatures to test the
distribution mechanisms.

After I anchor the release in Maven with a release candidate, I will be
publishing the current source as ABCL 1.5.0, so please get your patches in or
yell loudly if you don’t wish this to happen with the current TRUNK.
