While studying this problem using DESCRIBE, it seems our current
implementation dispatches (DESCRIBE (MAKE-INSTANCE
'CL-CONT::FUNCALLABLE/CC)) the wrong way: to the T way instead of the
STANDARD-OBJECT way...
