[armedbear-devel] Change the default action of 'build.xml' to 'abcl.clean abcl.wrapper'?

Completely agree to set the default target to that. Having incremental
builds supported through a special property like that seems indeed
nice to have. I won't be using that, but that probably doesn't mean
anything.

So: yea, +1 from me to change the default build target.
