[admin] day-to-day administration

It is not that I exactly have excessive time on my hands but I would
like to offer my services.

What would you reckon the daily time usage is, roughly?

Would it be possible to have a small administrators team so that it
would not be hung up on one person?

How does the day-to-day job relate to project approval and such
matters?
