I'm sorry, I have no idea.  common-lisp.net provides hosting for
Common Lisp projects.  Your question is probably better asked on the
newsgroup comp.lang.lisp or the IRC channel #lisp on freenode.  Also,
you can try to research http://cliki.net/ and see if there's anything
there.
