[admin] Trouble with Trac

I have a few questions about my new projects on clnet:

- - is there global darcs support in the trac installation (I'm  
guessing no),
- - are there any examples of people setting up trac on clnet to use  
darcs,
- - why don't I see a 'New Ticket' button on the trac page, and
- - why doesn't the info from trac-info.txt allow me to log into trac?

I guess those are in reverse order of importance. Answering the last  
question alone would make me quite happy.
