[zip-devel] Small functionality patch to zip

Hi, zip-devel readers

A while back, I found a use-case for "add file to a ZIP archive without any
compression" (specifically, I was building EPUB files and there is a single
file that needs to be the first archived file and completely uncompressed).
As that didn't seem to be an existing function, I created a patch and
thought it would eb a good thing to contribute upstream, as I suspect there
may be a need for it.
