[vivace-graph-devel] vivace-graph moving again

Folks, I have been unable to work on this project in the last few months
because of personal issues.  Fortunately, things are getting better and
I am contemplating starting to work on the todo list for vivace graph
again.  My main goals right now would be to remove the SBCL-specific
code that litters the project and to make a choice on what sort of
on-disk storage mechanism to use.  I expressed concern to Red and Ilya
about using btrees, given the extremely high fanout of the indices.  I
was considering something like b-tries, as described in this paper:
http://www.naskitis.com/naskitis-vldbj09.pdf.  I am curious what others
think and am happy to discuss alternatives.  I am also happy to add
collaborators to the github repo if anyone is interested.
