wave accounting held a hackersnest meetup. they are a bit out of the way, but i guess the linux cafe was too.<div><br></div><div>I work at CSI spadina, so I can provide a room there. there are chalkboards and i think some projectors. personally, i rather go to wave accounting. :)</div>

I have heard a story that may be true, namely that LinuxCaffe had *three*<br>
owners, David Patrick, his wife, and a third "shadow partner." And that a<br>
few months ago, that third guy took over operations, and was keen on<br>
changing things up a lot.<br>

It looks like that change wasn't necessarily a wise thing.<br>
<br>
Effectively, the place is under new management, and some liked qualities<br>
have evidently gone away. Being open being the most notable such quality!<br>
