[tinaa-devel] contents file doesn't have links to other indexes

Hi Jason,

I made the mistake of hanging the code that shows the internal/ 
external link off of a call to show-part-parents. If you're  
documenting a package, then the package is at the top-level and has  
no parent and so that call never happens.

This will be corrected in the next update.
